Calcium Supplements Can Cause Heart Attack
The recent media publicity about the dangers of calcium supplements increase the risk of heart attack or stroke has confused many consumers. The Use of Omega-3 Fatty Acids Reduce Cardiovascular Events
A report by an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Social Affairs issued noted that intake of omega-3 fatty acids in the diet of otherwise healthy adults, the risk for serious cardiovascular events was reduced by 25%.
